Our T.R.E.A.T.Y Model

TCETSA focuses on the T.R.E.A.T.Y Model, an award-winning integrated service delivery model that focuses on solutions to fostering Indigenous community development. There is an untapped supply of a younger First Nations workforce. With a coordinated client assessment process, retraining, employment transition support to off-reserve jobs, and access to meaningful employment, we provide employers with workers to help meet the region’s future workforce needs.

INDIGENOUS SKILLS AND EMPLOYMENT TRAINING AGREEMENT HOLDER

Founded by Tribal Chiefs Ventures (TCV) Inc. in 2000, TCETSA is a federal ISET (Indigenous Skills &Employment Training) agreement holder for our six TCV First Nationslocated in Treaty 6, Northeast Alberta.

In addition to managing the ISET Agreement, TCETSA has a broader mandate to support TCV Nations on all employment and training matters, to provide information and advisory services to employers and partners, and to design future-focused initiatives that reach more people and complement the ISET program.
